Submitting your orders prior to the discount deadline can result in savings of up to 30%, depending on the vendor. Show Management will not be held accountable for any misprints to any of the dates that are listed below.

Freeman is the official General Contractor of Vision Expo West. They will be in the Venetian Expo Exhibitor Services Center, located on Level 1, during setup, show days, and move-out, along with other official show contractors. All inquiries regarding booth services and orders should be made at the Exhibitor Services Center.
