Shuttle Service
Getting to and from Vision Expo is easy. Complimentary shuttle service will run between official Vision Expo hotels and the Orange County Convention Center throughout the event.
Shuttles operate on a continuous schedule during show hours to help attendees and exhibitors move easily between the show and their hotels.

Vision Expo recognizes that there are many working parents in the optical industry, and we want to support families. For the safety and security of all attendees and exhibitors, Vision Expo is an 18+ show*, however there are nearby professional childcare services that you can book for your convenience during your stay in Orlando:

*No children allowed under 14 years of age. A waiver is available for parents to complete registration for children ages 14-18. Every event edition requires a fresh registration. With show management approval, babies in carriers are permitted. Strollers are prohibited on the show floor for safety and security reasons.

Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than Connections Housing that imply or claim an affiliation with Vision Expo. Unfortunately, past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist.
