Registration Opens for Vision Expo 2026 in Orlando
Norwalk, CT (November 4, 2025) – Registration is now open for Vision Expo 2026, the premier event for the vision community in North America. Co-owned by RX and The Vision Council, Vision Expo is the industry’s leading event for education and discovery, uniting every facet of the optical industry under one roof. In 2026, Vision Expo marks its 40th anniversary, celebrating four decades of bringing the global vision community together. This milestone year honors Vision Expo’s legacy while looking ahead to a dynamic future shaped by innovation, collaboration and growth.
The first unified annual Vision Expo will take place March 11–14, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Marking the beginning of a new chapter for the industry, the 2026 event is designed to deliver greater value and business opportunities for attendees and exhibitors alike.

Where Discovery Meets What’s NEW
Built by the industry for the industry, Vision Expo brings together the full spectrum of vision care professionals, brands and innovators. More than 350 exhibitors will showcase their newest products and services, highlighting the latest transformations and advancements in eyewear, eyecare, technology and design.
New to Vision Expo 2026 are three dynamic content programming stages:
- NOW Stage – Positioned in the eyewear section of the show floor, this area will feature the NOW Awards display and sessions on design, color and fashion trends. The Flaunt the Frame eyewear trend fashion show and NOW Awards ceremony will also take place here.
- Innovation Stage – Located in the eyecare area, this stage will focus on technology, AI and medical tech. It will also host the VSP Vision Innovation Challenge Awards and pitch competition, which is returning to Vision Expo.
- Vision Stage – This larger stage will feature continuing education (CE) programming, business and practice management sessions, the OptiCon General Session and industry summits.
Vision Expo 2026 recently launched the “Call for NEW,” an open invitation for brands and designers to debut their latest products, technologies, booth activations and trends at the Show. From breakthrough eyecare innovations to bold eyewear designs, NEW at Vision Expo will showcase what’s next across the optical landscape. Submissions will be reviewed by the Vision Expo team, with standout entries receiving custom promotional opportunities designed to help brands gain visibility and engagement.
